Finally done! 38lbs as it sits now. Planning on a few more small tweaks prior to the racing season getting started. Boxxer World Cup internals, Push Moto kit for the DHX 5.0, 400lbs titanium spring, 2-piece Hope brake rotors, and Sram X.0 rear shifter and derailleur. Should drop about 3-4 pounds off the bike.
